- “2”: means that the visiting team wins the fixture.

V. GAMES REGISTRATION

The players’ predictions are valid from the moment they are recorded, according to the conditions of these rules. A player can only take part in betting grids whose bets are in the process of being registered. Bets cannot be placed after the dates and times specified.

A summary screen of the player’s bet asks them to check the betting grid before confirming it. This screen displays the amount of the corresponding bet which will be debited from the player’s balance. If the player wants to change the bet, they must click on the cross in the top right. If the player clicks on the “Confirm” button, the bet becomes irreversible, and the stake will be irrevocably debited.

A summary of the grid played is available in the “History” section, which can be found in the top right of the main page.

Before confirming the bet, the player must make sure that the information displayed corresponds to their prediction and to the amount of their bet. In case of any dispute, only the information on the ticket will be considered authentic.

VI. WINNINGS

The prize pool of the “English Football”, “Europe”, “Mini”, “Mini 2” and “VIP” betting grids is calculated independently, based on the total bets placed by players on each corresponding grid. Consequently, the amount displayed on every betting grid corresponds to the expected jackpot based on the estimated number of players.

6.1 “Europe” Betting Grid

For these betting grids, there are 4 levels of winnings. Each level is determined by the number of correct results, as explained in the following table:

In the event that one or more players rank on the first level, the winnings corresponding to the other levels will be considered null and void.

If a player has made more than one set of predictions, the one with the highest number of correct results will be taken into account for the final leaderboard.

In the event that several of the players’ grids are winning, only one will be taken into account when calculating winnings.

VII. USE OF BONUS CODE

NetBet reserves the right to offer a temporary “bonus code” to a certain number of players so that they can enjoy playing a single grid.

To validate the “bonus code”, the player must enter the exact same “bonus code” into the space provided, and then click on “OK” to activate it.

Once activated, the “bonus code” amount will be displayed below the grid.

You have 3 options:

-You can use your bonus on one grid only

-You can combine your bonus with real money and use it on one grid only

-You can use your bonus on different grids if the value is more than £1

In any case, the money used to validate your grid will first of all be taken from your bonus balance.

VIII. PUBLICATION OF THE RESULTS

Only the sports results published by NetBet can be used to determine the winnings and the number of winners. No complaint will be accepted regarding to a later change of the sports results, regardless of the date, nature, or reasons behind it.

The results and publication of an event’s winnings are published at the end of the last game played. This publication takes place 24 hours after the end of the last match, provided that all the results of the betting grid have been officialised by the relevant sports authorities.

If the result of one or more matches hasn’t been officialised 24 hours after the end estimated for the betting grid, the cancellation rules defined in section IX will be applied.

If the published result is wrong, due to a mistake made by the reference source used by NetBet, the result will be changed as soon as we are aware of the error. Consequently, NetBet reserves the right to debit the credit balance of any player paid by mistake. Players whose bets were mistakenly considered as wrong will be credited with their winnings after the result has been rectified.

The results of the grid and the amount of the winnings are published on NetBet’s website.

If a player has self-excluded during the presentation of prizes, they will not be able to receive their winnings until the end of their self-exclusion period.

All winners and participants in the “Golden Goal” game agree for their usernames, interviews and profiles to be used for any marketing purposes to promote the site.

VIII. CANCELLATION OF A MATCH OR A BETTING GRID

For each grid, the estimated running period of the fixtures and betting end time are approximate and could be modified if the sporting circumstances require it. This estimated running period is for the “English Football”, “Europe”, “Mini”, “Mini 2” and “VIP”grids.

“Mini”, “English Football” “Europe”, “Mini 2” and “VIP” betting grids are void if during the estimated running period of the matches, one or more matches do not start, do not take place, start before the end of the betting time, or do not finish, for any reason, and therefore reduce the number of matches to 4 for the “Mini” grid, to 5 for the “Mini 2” grid, to only 9 for the “English Football” and “Europe” grids or to only for 13 for the “VIP” grid.

In the event that the time of several matches is changed before betting time starts, meaning they will start before the end of the betting period previously decided, NetBet reserves the right to keep the matches by bringing the betting time forward, in order to keep the grids.

In the event of fraud or suspected fraud in relation to a sports event, NetBet reserves the right to cancel the match in question; in this event, all predictions will be classed as a correct result for this match.

In the event that one or more players rank on the first level, the winnings corresponding to the other levels will be considered null and void.

To validate the “bonus code”, the player must enter the exact same “bonus code” into the space provided, and then click on “OK” to activate it.

Once activated, the “bonus code” amount will be displayed below the grid.
